Re: The magic of tidying

I'm getting there @TAB have wondered if I have enough vitamin B12 and iron at the moment. I have B12 in my almond milk 22% RDI plus vitamin B12 sublingual spray.  Possibly not enough iron so will eat more meat and seaweed.  Didn't feel the best this morning.  Just slow and steady @TAB. Its all we can do on these rotten meds!

Mercury retrograde - notorious for long queues and traffic jams also problems getting from A-B @TAB. I wanted to get a haircut but will postpone it until I'm not held up waiting forever for a basic cut. Banks with long queues around ATMs and people just stuffing around with their money.

I guess you'll have your new home soon.  You bought at the right time during this eclipse window right now which is tied to all kinds of dramatic changes for people - new homes, new relationships, change of destiny generally.  You done good TAB.

Re: The magic of tidying

.. I came so close to spilling to ex's daughter at shops this morning, re move etc. I had just assumed she knows who I am, or she is being very friendly lol. I just never got to the bit of saying 'hi **** say hi to your mum for me lol @Former-Member

@Dimity

I have read through the first 3 pages of this thread. It is so good to hear from my good friend @HenryX  again. I haven’t seen him around the forums for some time and I hope that he is ok.

I have Netflix so I will look for the Marie Kondo programs on there. Hopefully that will inspire me to action.

I haven’t managed to do anything yet today but I might move my chest of drawers and vacuum. There is dust I couldn’t reach yesterday without moving the drawers.

How are you doing with your goals?

Re: The magic of tidying

I can report that I got my little job done. Not much progress today but better than nothing.

@Dimity

I just watched the first episode of Marie Kondo’s Sparking Joy! Looks like a very useful concept but I will have to be careful not to do it when depressed because then nothing sparks joy. Trouble is that sone things spark joy but I have nowhere to store them. Like my cuddly toys. I just moved them out of my bedroom yesterday so need to find them a new home.

Re: The magic of tidying

@Oaktree I've tackled some more papers. I haven't seen KonMari on TV but I have one of the books.

I miss @HenryX too.

I gave away my dolls and soft toys. I feel a pang saying that but hadn't missed them til now.  And years ago I knitted some zoo animals that were quite nice and proved quite popular.
