Re: Support for Flowerlove22

Why can't he just leave me alone

Re: Support for Flowerlove22

Hey all, we recognise there's some tension here, and encourage folks to email us to help sort things out rather than continuing to post about it on the forums if something has upset you.

Thanks everyone.

Re: Support for Flowerlove22

Hey @Sunnyside226 you're not alone. Have you heard of the 5,4,3,2,1 technique? It helps me sometimes..

The 54321 (or 5, 4, 3, 2, 1) method is a grounding exercise designed to manage acute stress and reduce anxiety. It involves identifying 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste. By doing so, it helps shift your focus from anxiety-provoking thoughts to the present moment. Taken from Calm
