That's cool I've never done a poem before
I sometimes like writing my thoughts out it may not help all the time
I don't know what helps you when your stress overwhelmed what helps you colouring talking to people help? Does talking about your puppy help does telling jokes help? When people sit with you do you less alone? Sorry for the questions I'm only getting to know you and what works ☺️
For me talking about something I love / like help sharing new things I am interested in I draw sometimes I write down what I'm feeling
I've started to the colour thing I name a colour share what the colour means
