Hi Forum Friends todays self care has been watching my current favourite Netflix series New Amsterdam,trying to take a step back emotionally from worries,listening to music and getting plenty of sleep,eating regulary and staying hydrated

Learnt this lesson again over the last few days: I haven't been walking enough, and my mood has gone down. Walking not the only factor, but it's significant...
All too easy to avoid in the colder months, but I must get back to it

Hi Everyone @outlander @Former-Member @Clawde and anyone else on this thread today Just thought Id mention how I kept myself busy and creative last night doing random things for self care I for some reason randomly started watching off road four wheel driving videos on video as well as kayaking videos must have felt a sense of being adventerous and curious about those things also really enjoyed watching metellica music videos and Led Zeppilen Music videos on youtube last night it gave me a sense of freedom,releif from negative thinking,have a great day everyone
