@greenpea I'm the same, I don't have any yet but I really want some to inspire me. I want to get
Just Show Up ;
on my wrist. It's kind of my power phrase, if I feel horrid, or overwhelmed or my brain is trying to sabotage me, I just think, just show up, each day, each workout, each moment, it seems to be half the battle with me. If I show up, 99.9% of the time everything is okay.

@bipolarbunny that is a good one to start with. Nice and basic and gets you out the door and on your way :D. You have answered my next question where to put the tattoes. I want to be able to see them so that if I was feeling down I could read them quickly. I dont want a monologue just fast inspiring words that stop me in my tracks when I am about to go down the rabbit hole of depression.
