I'm so sorry @Faith-and-Hope, I find when times get tough I go back to nature. Slow things down and focus on the beauty and simplicity of life.

Sometimes we get caught in a loop of dispair that seems to consume us. We can't see the simple things or a way through.

I'm so glad you have love and support here, I do too, I feel at home on the forums.

I go waking on a daily basis and look for dolphins in our local river system. I have posted images of the close encounter of the dolphin kind I had recently on Far and Away thread .... they were only a couple of meters from me .....
