It is a hard enough job when we are well and 100% fit - but when you are not... I honestly do not know how you are doing it - and you have your own kids and 'everything else' to deal with.... amazing

yes @Zoe7 - if i tried to write down every thing we do just at work i'd fall over already. and the rest of the stuff that i shoudl be doing more of makes me feel overwhelmingly guilty. im waiting for things to mute a bit, often things get to a certain point with me and i kind of numb out. but at the moment everythings just on over drive, probably because im so tired. two weeks until holidays here (not inlcuding this week).
everything out of school is what has led pushed me over the edge to here though. i am really struggling at the moment

thanks @Zoe7 - its enough that you are here, thank you. the lead up to the holidays is so hard as well because my kids will be going to stay with their dad the first week and i just cant deal with that either. every day is another day closer to them having to go.
