I need a hug 🤗

I’m just starting this for when you are trying really hard to look after yourself and things are not quite as you’d hoped and you just need a hug and encouragement to keep going. (I know not everyone wants the hug part). Today I just realised this was where I’m at. Things are not great but I’m trying to find determination to keep going after some recent successes.
Maybe this is just me but I’m wondering if others might be in a similar place too, and a cyber hug 🤗 or encouragement helps us get through a little bit easier. 💜🤗
