Today I am grateful for:

My DBT Graduation Group with the validation I was provided.

My wonderful housemates who are fun and positive to be around.

My good friend I spoke to on video chat for 2 hours today.

The audiobook I discovered today
I have the finances to pay the deposit for my car repair

I feel safe

This morning, I am grateful for the following things:

- Having some cross stitch supplies around to start a new project when I was feeling angry and upset about not being able to sleep 

- Having a safe place to sleep

- Having my cat around to keep me company at 5am in the morning

Today I am grateful for:

-Video chatting with my friend for a few hours, and laughing heaps. 

-The audio book I have been listening to.

I did not get offered the Disability Support job – They turned me down, this afternoon.

It was a long way away, 30 Km to their office – plus involved a lot of driving (easily 100 Km per day).

So not suitable, yet still disappointing.

On a positive note, my GP said that I’m doing amazingly well – considering that I’ve lived alone for 10 years, & having lost my social engagements (through job loss).

GP said that I am emotionally Very Strong - So I am Grateful for him seeing (saying) that.

Is Telephone Co Feeling the Christmas Spirit or what?

I received this surprise SMS from them today.

In 19 years with their Mobile (25 years with their Home Phone) - They've always tried to get more $$ out of me.

Never offered me something extra.

I have no use for it, I don't use even 2 GB - I need to save a lot of $$ & earn a lot more $$.

Since unemployment benefit does not cover my expenses (Bills).

Yet its still a lovely surprise.....

- A place to sleep

- My MH meds

- My cat Mitz 

- My body and the movements it allows me to do such as moving furniture 

- Coffee

- Chocolate
