I am grateful for someone from MH Social Lunch Group - Wanting to meetup, for a Coffee with me.
Yesterday we met up for a coffee (her & her husband), at a Cafe.
It was good light-heartened conversation.
Not burdened with unhelpful advice (causing overwhelm) - As happened on Monday, with someone else.

Hi @Adge @Shaz51 @ButterflyWings @Former-Member @MDT @Former-Member @Former-Member @Daisydreamer @TideisTurning @frog @BPDSurvivor @26aqua @BlueBay @outlander and everyone here.
Today has been a hectic day for me packing things up again at my rental property so I'm feeling grateful for the following things:
- My best friend and housemate to share the stress and packing up with me;
- Having my knitting and the great knowledge to remember how to knit a beanie without referring to a pattern with plenty of yarn and knitting needles nearby in times of stress;
- My sister for helping lend me her car since mine is 'sick' at the moment and I can't afford to get it repaired yet;
- food to eat and things to drink;
- a place to stay at my sisters house until I get the keys to our lovely spacious new rental property on Monday;
- my cat Mitz to keep me company and to help with the stress I'm under;
- the support staff at uni in the form of the counseling team and student support team;
- my resilience and perseverance to just keep on going knowing that the stress of all this moving is nearly over and I'll soon be leaving the nasty property manager I've had to deal with by Tuesday afternoon.
- the wonderful forumites here who have given me support and the courage to keep on living life and knowing that people do care about me.

Well done @BPDSurvivor @Judi9877 with seeing things to be grateful for.
I'm in a hole, but I am very grateful for the forum and people like you. I'm having trouble connecting irl because I feel like I'm burdening people. I never feel like that here.
