Thanks, now I have a little purple finch called Poppy to look after. I have done some of the things but still have some things left to do. No idea what to do for something that makes me happy lol.

Well you take care of your finch by doing self care tasks. So far today I have ticked off getting out of bed, washing my face, brushing my teeth, taking 3 deep breaths, doing one thing that makes me happy. I have also done a quest to name my emotion. It looks like a good app because I don’t really think to do enough self care. Self care is very important.
