@Appleblossom, corned beef brings back fond memories of mum cooking it when I was young, twas a regular on the menu. We used to have it in sandwiches with mustard pickles when it was cold. I am at my friend's place now. Enjoyed the bus trips here and a little walking, seeing the world. Thanks for your good wishes for this long drawn out meds change. It is still an economical cut of meat. @Mazarita I do 1-2 per year. Something for a change.

I am not a tic for tat type, too forgiving, but learning to draw lines in the sand and not be too foolish. Fools rush in where angels dare not tread. About 20 years ago I wrote a long poem about lines in the sand, which showed my head really was in the clouds and the earth and not at all where most people were at ....
