It is so important to respect our daily efforts. I have ticked boxes today. Only a little rest and recreation. Not even sure if logging onto Sane is rest or work...lol... Going with it seems necessary and has kept me alive, whether I am writing about my struggles or being supportive. @Glisten @Judi9877 @Dimity @TAB @and all..

@avant-garde I think it is great you are meeting your needs. Yep eating really rates. I made a double batch of salmon salad yesterday and will start on the leftovers in a minute... Grateful I have good quality food, unlike earlier in my life.

@greenpea she said it again when we caught up in person... I don't have time to mope, I would have to schedule it in. 

I went swimming and actually washed my bathers in the shower when I got home. That's a win.

@avant-garde  avant-garde let me tell you a secret there was a time where i would sleep all day and all night .... 18 months of sleeping.  my body was exhausted even showering was an effort i would collapse on the floor of the shower recess.  i understand, xxx
