.. had a tidy up in the kitchen here, got washing on. shower soon then go get newpaper. nothing much on today
Oh, have to say no to an interstate job I had been flirting with idea of taking. I would have had to arrange own accom , get myself there, and only 40 hr weeks and not time duration I would have liked.
Sometimes it hard to say No to people. (a) the caravan pk manager cos I stuffed them around.
(b) the employment consultant or whatever as they are trained to get people to say 'ýes' .. even if its to your disadvantage
..still got couple hours before have to deal w that re time differences..

Got to toss out kitchen garbage and clean the sink today @TAB Mentioned I will have to weed the garden later. Its inclement weather here. Chasing raindrops. I just realised how sedating my meds are, its just so hard to get moving in the mornings. On evenings when I have accidentally skipped my meds the following morning I'm bright as a button and can actually power through my day for a change. Even though I wake up early I still feel sluggish and listless. I'm almost on the maximum dosage of my meds...

To be honest, @SmilingGecko, I avoid purchases as much as possible although, of late, not as often as I should—it's been good to have a few splurges—but I prefer to walk than have a machine do it for me. My neighbour recently put out an exercise bike with their collectable rubbish. I don't have room for it, but it would have been a good, free option.
My energy level has adapted to the injection considerably but not yet what it was before, @SmilingGecko. However, it could also be caused by diet and iron, so I can't be certain. It does feel to have dampened my energy level somewhat, none-the-less. It's not what it was. Perhaps it has also contributed to my decreased appetite, too. Otherwise, I've become accustomed to it as needs must. (But damn them, anyway).

I know I'm the same but I bought my used chi machine off facebook marketplace years ago @Historylover its a great little machine. I did see a lymphatic rebounder on hard garbage the other day but the springs looked rusted. I do dry brushing instead. Its no big deal. But yeah things are getting really tight. I opened some new accounts with some credit unions and put aside money each fortnight. But I'm really feeling the pinch. I have been enjoying new energetic practices to make me feel as if I have something in my life as I can't really indulge anymore not that I ever did much but yes feeling the financial strain as much as anybody. I left some modern classical music on the Everything Music thread yesterday. I think you would like it. It may just pick up your day. I don't normally like modern classical but the compositions from that album I provided the link to were incredible. I know you like skill, and this composer has talent
