@Meowmy I’m glad to see that you’re okay. Well done on getting through the day⭐️!
Today has been a bit emotional for me unfortunately but I did manage to achieve some things I’m proud of which were:
- Had a shower
- Fed Mitz dinner
- Had roast beef in the air fryer for dinner
- Made a decision to quit uni after not enjoying it and it taking me too long to get a degree part time
- Finally emailed my psychologist about several important issues including my medication dilemma which I’m expecting to receive some negative consequences from about my decision from him
- Had a period of resting on my bed to take some time out from my bad mental state which helped a little
- Downloaded Justin Beibers song ‘Ghost’ after hearing it play so often on the radio station I listen to in the car
