sorry to hear that Shaz
just for the record. My firsts posts in this thread likely mentioned sleep being one of my strongest CPTSD triggers
i mentioned it again when i was tagged in this thread last september
leading up to sept, i had been sleeping exceptionally well
being tagged in this thread in september triggered me profoundly and i still have not recovered
hopefully today's tag & trigger is less profund
i'm sorry about your situation with hubby

Oh Shazzy. Na @Shaz51 that’s not good for the brain 🧠 Not good for your diabetes.
Increased Blood pressure and Cortisol.
I hope at the time I’m writing this post, that you have already gone to sleep for the night.

Gotcha DogMan79, my bad.
I really hope this doesn't sound condescending, but I, like you, despise getting loads of emails every time I'm tagged. What I ended up doing was to create a rule in my inbox, so now ALL auto emails from the forums get sent automatically to another folder - no more clogged inbox, no more little red number on my mail app driving me bonkers. If you look up your email host service + 'create rule' on google it should tell you how to do the same.
If you don't wanna do that tho, that is so fair 👍
lol it might just end up being its own hassle 😅

I managed to find the setting in control panel to turn off all email notifications
IDK if this forum has emoticons, but imagine a happy one
