Hi @Fee1 @Shaz51 Extra stress is due to the severe Restrictions, & people's behaviour - not anything to do with an actual Virus.

MH professionals believe that we are heading for a Major MH Crisis (in Professional journals) - directly due to the isolating effect of the enforced restrictions.

I believe that the MH Crisis (they predict) - already started, several weeks ago. We are in the middle of it now.

So finding ways of Contentment - is even more important (Self-Care).

Hi @Adge, @Shaz51 , yes indeed. I was awake for 3 hours last night in the middle of the night - not sure why but maybe covid19 stress. How's everyone else?
