I barely remembered to tree yesterday. Only did it right before going to bed, after I'd already turned the lights off. And was so tired that it was the worst treeing I've ever done. Never really had major problems with wobbling until last night, but I'm just going to chalk that up to a bad tree day.

Good evening everybody, I treed today, did you???
@Appleblossom It is great to see you here sharing the great yoga adventure. Will you be joining us in our fledgling yoga efforts???
@Maggie I am so super impressed that you have gone from not being able to tree to being a tree blowing in the wind, in less than a week! Yes, I really have treed every day this week. I am finding it hugely motivating having fellow forumites join in with the great yoga adventure. I am so glad you are part of this adventure @Maggie.
@TheVorticon I think everyone has bad tree days. When we treed in the class last week, the instructor talked about how your balance will be better some days than others. I definitely find this to be the case. I wonder if you were extra wobbly because you were treeing in the dark? I can't tree with my eyes closed at all.
@soul that is a very funny picture of the dog. We did the warrior pose and the "happy baby" pose in class last week too. I love that you have become so totally hooked on yoga after less than a week!!!!
@CheerBear did you hear that @soul suggested we do warrior pose as next week's challenge? Have you done that in class yet?
One more day of treeing everybody...and then it is on to being warriors in the forest of Forum Land!!!

My dog does yoga too @Phoenix_Rising. She's an expert at the downward dog pose - funny about that. No yoga for me today @Ant7 as they were holding special guest workshops but I'll be back there tomorrow afternoon with a Yin class.

The studio I go to has lots of different types. Haven't tried them all yet. There's one called Dynamic Vinyasa which is a bit challenging. Might need to work up to that one @Ant7.
There's also a relax one and another called magic hour meditation but those classes are held at times that don't suit me.
