I participated in my second class today - it was called Essentials and it was less intense than the previous one and there was a lot of stretching. It felt a lot more calming. I really liked it. Going to back up for another session tomorrow.
I may become a yoga junkie 😆

@Phoenix_Rising I did not know that ancient proverb, but luckily for me I was prepared to be a tree temporarily. I treeed yesterday and today. Thank you for the fun challenge to do it each day. 🙂
@CheerBear I also tried to tree with shoes on, but my branch kept slipping 😛

Wow, I'm super excited about how big this forest is growing!!! Let's see if I can avoid missing anyone:
@Former-Member @soul @CheerBear @Ant7 @TheVorticon @Former-Member and I treed, and @Zoe7 @Faith-and-Hope and @Former-Member nutted. Actually, I couldn't quite decide if you treed or nutted in the end @Former-Member. I think it is amazing that you can tree while ice-skating!
@Zoe7 I did a bit of research to see if there was a nut yoga pose but I couldn't find one. Then I put the word "seed" into the search bar of the yoga site. This brought up "yoga for fertility" Er...
@soul wow, you might become a yoga junkie. I can't believe you are aiming for three yoga adventures in three days!!!! That is super awesome.
I super hope everyone is going to tree or nut again tomorrow! I would like to just provide a safety warning: Do not try to tree while wearing boots and definitely don't try to tree in the shower. Really @CheerBear, what where you thinking, treeing in the shower. You do know that watering yourself while treeing isn't going to make you grow any taller, right?
Please take care while treeing. Treeing is done entirely at your own risk. No one is allowed to sue the sea turtle for any injuries incurred while treeing.
See you tomorrow.

I'm keen to discover all the different styles @Phoenix_Rising. As long as my body can cope, I'll press on. Am really enjoying it.

Hi @Phoenix_Rising and other trees. I treed tonight. With ugg boots on. Bit wobbly and couldn't get up to the second pose so just repeated the calf one. My feet also hurt and started to cramp up. But I shall persist! Thanks for the invitation to join the forum forest.
