Yay, I'm so pleased you are going to be a tree with me @Ant7. I wonder how many trees there needs to be for a forest to be a forest???
Like you @CheerBear, I was extremely wobbly on my left leg but much more stable on my right leg. I wore my duck socks into the room today but I took them off during the class. I have them back on right now though.

@Phoenix_Rising It takes only one tree to be a forest - because if one tree is on it's own it has no other tree to tell it it isn't a forest!

Giggle @Zoe7. I felt very deep posing the question of how many trees it takes to make a forest, and you seem to have provided an appropriately deep answer.
@Faith-and-Hope I am interpreting your post as a commitment to be a tree for a few minutes every day this week...and you wouldn't want to disappoint a little turtle now would you.

@Ant7 My instructor is very big on reminding everyone to listen to their body, not let their ego get in the way, and only do what they can do...while I staunchly keep super trying to be a tree even though I am wobbling all over the place.

@Faith-and-Hope I think with your inability to hold anything at a moment maybe you should start as a seed

@Phoenix_Rising I thought you would like that.
Here's another one - one little tree is standing on it's own, wondering how many trees it takes to make a forest. That little tree thinks about this for a while and then says to itself - I AM ENOUGH!
