hey @Oaktree i do love my job here!!
i had some peer work experience before which definitely helped me enter this role. i think with any job i've had, it's taken me some time to learn and adjust to the role. plus the team here is really supportive which makes the learning process less daunting. personally i'm the type of person who puts a lot of pressure on myself to do well - and one my former managers used to say that 'you were hired for a reason, we read your resume/cover letter and we know you have the skills for this role' which helped. not sure if that answered your question well 😅

That's such a good goal to have @Oaktree!
I also really love this job. I'd previously had some experience in moderating mental health forums as well as providing online mental health support so I felt it was quite natural to learn this role. I think that with all your experience on the forums you would pick it up in no time!
