Re: Living with PTSD (Potentially Triggering Material)

@Former-Member ...am too upset for you and your situation to respond properly. I am very concerned about you and how you will manage without your forum family. Thank you for explaining why you have to leave...I wish it wasn't necessary, and that you were safer at home. I can't even think about all your kind and caring words for everyone, and the love and effort you put into those 2 long posts. All I can think about is that you might not be safe or well at home. 😥.Please stay as safe as possible 💔

Re: Living with PTSD (Potentially Triggering Material)

Re: Living with PTSD (Potentially Triggering Material)

Hi there @Peri

I am moderating this evening and am just posting a note about safety on the forum. The safety guidelines, members, managers and moderators of the SANE forums are all part of the process for ensuring safety. We thing by and large this works well and it is a safe space. Members can leave the forums for a range of reasons including concerns about their privacy being compromised but this is rare. They are not obliged to say why they might be leaving.  If you have concerns about safety on the forums please do not hesitate to raise your conserns with the community managers by emailing team@saneforums.org

warmest regards

Whitehawk

Re: Living with PTSD (Potentially Triggering Material)

@Peri  I am so sorry. I wish that it were possible to stay in touch somehow too, but it isnt right now. All I can say is that if I can find a way back here some time in the future, I will find you. But I cant, if you leave. Please take care.

Love you.

Sherry 💔

Re: Living with PTSD (Potentially Triggering Material)

@Former-Member ... Nikki, please reassure little Kimmy that I have my beautiful butterfly saved seperately on my computer, as well as the printed copy on my wall. Please remember Nikki, to take care of you, because you are more than simply Izzys protector. Can I please ask you to pass on a big hug to Izzy from me. And one for you too. 💕

@NatureLover ... Good byes are so hard. It really does hurt. Please dont worry about me NatureLover, I will be okay. I will find a way. 💔

Re: Living with PTSD (Potentially Triggering Material)

Hi @Former-Member  - I am so sorry your phone was invaded  - that is a really horrible  - my sister invaded my on-line privacy in the past  - I remember how my heart sank  - such behaviour undermines our trust and I do understand

I hope you can find support elsewhere until you feel you can come back here. You must care for yourself and I will hold onto the hope that you some day return

You can get a password on your phone so no one can open it  - it can be a nuisance day-to-day  but it feels safer

All the best my dear friend

Dear @Former-Member ,
