Dear @Hopeandlove ,

Your life's challenges are now over. You have fought a good fight. You have held fast to the end.

Despite the cruelty of this world, you opened up to SANE's Forums Community and trusted us with your story. You trusted us with your love. You trusted us to be with you to the end.

You and your story remains with us - and forever will.

We feel honoured and privileged in that we got to know you at the 11th hour. Although your time with us was short, your life has impacted us all.

You will forever remain with us.

And yes, we will honour your desire and remember you on your birthday on 2nd April by releasing a flower for you on the ocean, river, lake or stream. We will watch it float away and remember you and the difference this Community has made on your life.

Dear Forums Family,

At this time, allow yourselves to grieve, whether openly or in private. 

We honour the life of Hopeandlove even though she was only with us for a month.

We remember her and the power of connection and belonging. 

We remember her love for nature; the sun, the birds, the butterflies, the flowers...and most of all, blue hearts.

Her physical pain is no more, but the memories she has etched on our hearts will remain - forever.

Let's use this space to remember @Hopeandlove , to celebrate her life and to uphold each other.

Thank you to all of you for the kind words for Hopeandlove, I know she would have loved reading everything you have said and seeing the beautiful pictures that you have shared. It was our pleasure to be there for her, she was brave and fought until the end. I'm signing off for the last time but her memory will live on forever 💙.

Dear @Hopeandlove,

I'd like to believe that you're at peace, sitting in nature. After our chat on Friday, I went out stargazing from my backyard and was thinking of you. I'm so grateful to have known you, even if it was for a short while, it meant so much to me. I remember when you first joined, how sceptical you were about fitting in with the forums community - regardless of your uncertainty, you stuck around and became apart of the family. I'll never forget your strength, kindness and love for fantasy.  

My favourite colour is blue too, and now when I see that colour, it will remind me of you 💙
