Re: I am AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i am going to add to your celebrations.
the other day i was faced with a major tirgger. i had to report a case of abuse.
it triggered every part in me. whilst it is sad the celebration point was: {intentful pause}
i was triggered but maintained safety. i did not confuse the reality with my story. i maintain a professional approach and was in the moment at all times. i was able to objectively look at the situation and not compare to the story of my own LitteFish. or to my own journey as a child. I was able to sit and look at the right thing i was doing.
I also maintain such an effective policy approach.
feels like i get to wear a pin/medal of pride today.
walking in this.
i am so exhausting from doing that battle so its self care all the way for me. but sooo proud to see my beautiful efforts pay off.
thanks for reading who ever is !!!

Re: I am AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@mudsum That sounds like a super difficult and triggering situation. It's awesome that you are now doing lots of self-care stuff and enjoying the super nice feeling of being proud of yourself. You are definitely awesome.
