Thanks for such a thoughtful and personal reply @outlander. I definitely understand how SH can be addictive, I already feel the pull. I think hospital is looking likely for me, maybe after my trip home.
I have some coping methods, it's mostly at night when I can't sleep. I have some new meds to help with that.
Its so so hard 💜❤️🦋

Hey, good afternoon @Molliex Today was up and down. I got most of the cleaning done that I wanted except for some belongings of my 16yo daughter that need sorting out. It isn't an easy task for her as she has a lot of artworks to fit into her bedroom they're currently on my kitchen table! I've already cooked dinner so I feel good about that. Unfortunately SH has dogged me all day, I've had a couple of panic attacks, but I have kept them quiet and internal.
How has your day been?

Sounds like a mixed day @Angels333, good you could achieve so much despite your struggles.🦋🌻
I had an early birthday celebration at my parent's which was nice. My daughter loves visiting them. I'm cooking dinner now. Thoughts are very very hard to ignore, but I'm managing for now

Nights are hard @outlander, I tend to read as well.
I'm not completely against hospital, but it would mean my family knowing how bad it all was, because we'd need help. There's also my work.. It seems very overwhelming as an option right now.
I really appreciate your support, when you've got so much going on. I'm thinking of you 💚💕🦋
