Good Morning @Shaz51  I have only now seen this thread. I really feel for you and was sad to read you feel forgotten.

I know only too well the impact of kidney disease and diabetes as my h had these along with other major health issues. 

I am here for you always.

kidney is stable ✔still at 21% and one kidney 

got a 3 monthly plan until the next specilist appt 

have to see the dietician and have regural blood tests 

have to cut back on postussuim  and to keep my kidney going ok

So glad that kidney is stable and you are not in a dire health emergency.  It was worrying.

Do what you have to do dietwise.  I am trying to remember not to buy things with salt and tomato.  With any change in eating and buying habits, it takes time.
