Here we go again.
I'm not sure if I can go another round.
It has only been a month or so since the last explosive episode. Now, it starts again over something one of our children said wrongly.
She bombards me with TXT messages and accuses me day and night. If I don't respond swiftly, she just sends more messages.
I'm tired and have lost hope.
I could leave, but I know she is just hurting and feels abandoned anyway (BPD).
Just venting... but know all the family is being hurt.

Hey @Carlo
It sounds as though this is a really hard situation for you all.
I'm glad that you're able to vent here, and I hope that it helps.
Do you have any extra supports who can lean on when you're dealing with these episodes?

That sounds like a very stressful situation @Carlo but it also sounds like you're doing what you can here by supporting her to go to counselling when she's willing, and by getting support for yourself too.
How are things today?

Hey @Carlo , just read your message - sorry to hear you've been dealing with a lot lately. Vent away, we're here for you!
I see you've got a counsellor that you can visit next time - I was wondering if you have any self-care activities in the meantime to help re-charge throughout the day/week? 💗
