Re: Anyone started with the NDIS?

I have thought about registering with a new name, just haven't really wanted to.  Am going to try changing server when I can get help to do so.  Brother is away and sister in law works and is busy a lot.  But she's being an amazing advocate for me with several organisations at the moment.  I'm grateful for all they do when they can.

Re: Anyone started with the NDIS?

I think this three way chat always seems to bring the best out in me @Mazarita@eth. 😊💜

i was thinking about a kind of salsa with some of those ingredients @eth for the Mexican.

Hi @Mazarita 👋😊

you have a very complex life at the moment. I'm in awe of you supporting your friends.

I have a circus I think at my house. Can't wait until uni exams are over again. My uni boys are a bit highly strung at the moment but it will change again.

News at hand - S2 and S2g will be moving out by July. S1G is coming to stay then for 6 weeks. S1 and S4 now challenging for S2 room.

Re: Anyone started with the NDIS?

That's fair @eth. I wouldn't want to either. It would get messy and then you still have to delete an account when it's all sorted. Never mind. I just hope it works out. I'm being a bit selfish too because it's nice to have you around. 💜😊

Re: Anyone started with the NDIS?

@eth, have you tried clearing your browser cache on the laptop? It's in the settings part of the web browser. That's sometimes a fix for glitches with websites.

@Former-Member, yes, chatting three way like this reminds me of some of the 'good old days'. Smiley Happy Really glad to hear you are getting out walking, that's a step forward (excuse the pun, hehe).

Re: Anyone started with the NDIS?

Yes I tried that @Mazarita.  Don't forget to take care of you when doing that kind of support.  Stay strong and have boundaries.

@Former-Member  I don't know how you manage it all.  I struggled just raising one child.  I give you the same advice as above!

Re: Anyone started with the NDIS?

Battery is low and I don't know where the charger is so forgive me if I disappear.  It's lovely chatting with you both @Former-Member@Mazarita

Re: Anyone started with the NDIS?

@eth, thanks for the good advice. Time for me to wander off too really. Been lovely chatting with you. Until next time... Smiley Happy

Re: Anyone started with the NDIS?

I really don't do it all that well @eth. Most of the time I'm pretty patient but lately I've been getting my knickers in a knot about everything. I know my time is limited having their company so I've kept the peace but last night I swore a heap to my friend on the phone and got lots out my system 😲😜😁

Ive had two hospital respite stays ( lots of SI)  in the last two months so I guess that's a bit of evidence it's not always easy here. But I also dread them going. I'm struggling a bit to let S2 go because he is really calming here and a great level head to have around.

@Mazarita I think the easy bit of walking is putting my foot forward, it's following it with the other foot and putting it on repeat that's the hard bit 😂  Ok I amused myself 😊

Re: Anyone started with the NDIS?

Bye @eth@Mazarita👋

thanks for helping put the smile back on my dial 😊💜💐🤗

Re: Anyone started with the NDIS?

Sorry to hear about the hospital trips @Former-Member.  Yes empty nesting takes some getting used to but there is more time to focus on your own needs.  But that's a way off for you isn't it?
