Well I was too slow to catch the true beauty of the pink and blue water ...... but I’ve got the punk clouds ..... lol ...... @Zoe7 will have to add the safety pins when I post the images later.

Have taken all my night meds. Don't know how the increase is going to affect me so if I suddenly 'disappear' then hopefully it is because I am drifting off to sleep  (wouldn't that be a nice change!) Just get to tomorrow and start again is my plan tonight!

You’re welcome @Zoe7 ...... it’s been another teary day for me today too, so this has been helping me to cope as well. This is the connectivity of the forums that means so much. Even walking down here by myself wouldn’t have been enough to keep the tears at bay, but talking to y’all here as I went was what made the difference.
