I have been staring at that painting for weeks now @Faith-and-Hope - knowing there was something missing - and it finally came to me a few days ago in between lots of tears. A beautiful pink rose in her hair is just what is needed to give it the full meaning that is meant - and I now cannot imagine it without the rose (that little piece of F&H ) in it Hon

Have just seen the river photo @Zoe7 ...... it is beautiful ...... all the pink colouring you have captured in the water ..... is that the winter light ?

I have a couple more to post - just haven't gotten around to it yet - they show the sun starting to descend over the river @Faith-and-Hope The pink is literally pointing the lense straight into the sun - not always ideal but effective in this case.

How was your time with your friend?
