@Eden1919@Zoe7I think no one is night owls by choice; it's just not natural. As part of my career, night shifts were mandatory. Most of the time, they weren't that bad, fun sometimes. Other times, I don't know how I dragged myself from one end to the other without some major incident happening.I have not done any night shift now for almost 18 months because I have the choice, so I rather prefer not to stretch myself that far.
My pesky and rather rotund mouse friend has found his way back into my room, and is on the hunt for food. His presence is rather unnerving, and probably explains a little of my insonmia. I do have an unhealthy fear I will wake up with him munching on my face! I have set traps, before you ask, but this is a mighty mouse who steals food from a trap with a single leap!!

The nightmares are nearly every night - and more vivid and intense than they generally have been before. Not much I can do about it just yet. Hopefully I can get in to see my psychiatrist earlier than two weeks away - I am quickly getting to the stage where I don't have any energy at all to fight anymore.
Goodluck with the sleep @Sans911 - and with your little 'friend'!!!!

That sucks @Eden1919 - at least I know why I can't sleep.
Talking of sleep - I am going to go and check on Cat and then move Toby onto the bed. Hopefully I will be able to join him soon. I will catch up with you sometime today buddy.

Morning @Faith-and-Hope I can relate to that long hair issue - mine feels like birds are starting to make a nest even if I don't wash it after a couple of days!!!!
You should know by now that you don't need to ask permission for anything - paint away Hon. I have a couple more I will post later - need to get them off my phone first!
It is nice that D1 and SIL went with you - time to see your dad and some time alone with them all would be more relaxing than if everyone came with you - and you so need that space and a little peace at the moment. ![]()
Enjoy your walk with your Dad on the beach - photos definitely needed of the beach (your turn lol) and cherish every single minute you spend with him.
Thinking of you ...as always...
Zoe
