It really has helped a lot being able to come back on here a little more too - so much harder when that support isn't around 
I know what is eventually needed to try and move forward but that avenue is not even a consideration for now - so the long road continues to wind in front of me but I can see a few lights along the way - just need to try and make sure I crash too badly as I hit all the speed humps lol
