I am very sore and have been up and down with my stomach pain all night. Sorry I 'disappeared' so quick last night @Faith-and-Hope sudden onset of the pain. It is a lot better this morning but has been a loooong night (what's new

I have an early appointment today - 10:15 so will be able to come home to rest and stay out of the heat this afternoon.
