That is not something I can do for you @MDT The only person that can find life worth it is you. What I can do is tell you that I also feel this way every single day but I am still here. There are many reasons why I am still here - apart from the failed attempts not to be! Not surprising - it is mainly people on here that have sat with me, supported me, held me up and encouraged me to keep going - even at my very darkest points. They have held on for me when I couldn't do it myself and even though I have not thought I was worth the support - it was there anyway - and continues to be. I do feel totally worthless within myself but others must be supporting me for a reason - and that really does keep me going.
So even though you may not feel worthy of support, or of 'living' life - we around you can see how much you have to offer in this world and will continue to encourage and support you when you don't feel it yourself - because YOU MATTER ![]()

Yes it is hard @MDT - incredibly hard
But you are here, you are connecting, you are talking and we are listening - and as hard as it is - that is a good thing.

@Former-Member in regards to Jay95 on the other thread - it's ok - I got this one covered - not the first time - done it a few times - once he talks it out for a while he usually settles - so all good ![]()
