You know when it's time to take yourself into a quiet place and let your mind settle - I guess it's like shaking a bottle of fizzy and then letting the pressure of gradually but releasing the cap slowly and letting your thoughts filter out with the bubbles and sit and wait and let your mind figure it out in your own pace
Take your time - you need to be there - and we know you have trouble forming words when you are having a tough time
