Pebbles said something similar today @Faith-and-Hope - but you know - I just can't see that - I know it is because of my depression and the way I am feeling about myself - and I am completely in survival mode atm - and I am definitely not in the right headspace to recognise or accept that that is true (even though I am sure it is!) Very, very hard to break life-time beliefs and habits here Hon
