I don't want to go out of the house at all if possible since I got back from Sydney @Eden1919
Yea the nightmares and sleep issues are exhausting -and they aren't getting any better!
I hope you are just having a bad period and your sleep pattern will be able be turned around for you soon.
I am already really agitated and very on edge - I really need to sleep but am too scared to try. Hopefully I will fall asleep on the couch sometime soon and not have another nightmare.
You look after you first and foremost @utopia. I am glad you are sleeping - that has been such a big issue for you. I love you too my beautiful friend and miss you dearly

Maybe we could help you out! You could post the questions and we could help out with answers and links for you - only if you think that would help though - it might take some pressure off you and allow you to get it finished even before Thursday
