@Mazarita I am so pleased you were able to sleep. I laid down for a couple of hours but didn't really sleep - just dozed on and off - still too much fear and feeling sick.
My appointment is at 3pm today - earlier than usual - so I won't get any sleep before that! Minute by minute and hour by hour today 
Here's the plan then @Faith-and-Hope - anytime you feel like jumping on a plane and having a break from 'your life' - head down to Hobart. There are some beautiful beaches, walks and great food - and a lovely environment to relax and paint You'd come for a week and stay forever - that's what a lot of people do!
Maybe you could meet @utopia and I in her dreams on the beach @Faith-and-Hope
I think we could all do with the support atm - and what better place to be together for that than on a beautiful beach with all our dogs running around together, making us laugh and helping to forget all our worries for a little while
