Hey @Adge
Travelling under stress undose some of the good of the massage. Hope there is enuff good left to make it worth it.
@BlepHearing you about being able to warm the house.
I am grateful I have finally done all the
"Feel it to heal it" work that @eth mentioned. As I did feeling work at primal at same time as academic work in the field, it has long been part of my approach to life. Yet I did have to "feel" too much for too long, so yes nervous system totally stressed out.
Things are beginning to make sense to me which is a good. I am getting a better sense of Theory of Mind and working out where others are coming from, rather than just having to submit left right and centre,
Yep @Former-Member Good to have you on board. I am grateful for my cat too, but he has been talking to @Blep 's cat too much and being very picky about food.
My bottom line is that he is spoiled enough and needs to understand that humans have needs too. I offer him my bowls of salad as well as shared some yummy roast pork last week. Honestly I first learned about the new "Choice and Control" mantra at the zoo. Now told I can apply it to myself.

Hello to any and everyone here today. @Former-Member @Mazarita @Adge @Shaz51 loving the self-care sharing here.
@Appleblossom very interested to hear about your learning about processes of the mind and your personal journey doing the feel it to heal it work over the years.
Hi also to @Angels333 Good to hear work went better than expected again yesterday.
I can see a bunch of tags from yesterday and will go read them now. Hope today is going gently for you all.
I'm in the middle of a painting workshop online, just letting the paint dry a bit before adding some more layers. I've always been really blocked about any kind of art so it's nice to be getting some new skills and feeling the creative flow - tho' it's very abstract and experimental. Such a great series of workshops to completely escape from the public housing application I've spent weeks gathering evidence for.
Hi also to @Faith-and-Hope @Maggie and @Zoe7 thinking of you as I get all arty today. Mixed media today, yesterday was watercolour.

It is awesome @eth that you are finding an outlet to distract you from the housing application as well as do something for yourself. Art can be such a wonderful thing for both body and mind so I hope you not only learn some new skills but thoroughly enjoy the process
