Hi @Mazarita @Shaz51 @Sophia1 hope the morning is starting off ok for you all. Sophia I love your raves and admire how you are able to respond directly to several people in one post. I'm just not able to do that at the moment. Glad to hear you are making it to the pool.
Thanks for the positivity @Mazarita and @Sophia1. My moaning about the phase I'm in is probably getting boring. Yes Maz this weekend is sort of a gap, in that I'm not expecting any phone calls that require me to act. But it's also a time to read lots of how-to's that I need to know. At least sil has told me last night that she's happy to help negotiate on phone calls and with meeting potential supports. I was also uptight about doing it on my own as she goes back to work this week and bro is away for another 2 1/2 weeks. I keep telling myself just to remember to breathe and that things will work out but I feel a bit as if I'm at the top of a roller coaster. Obsessing probably.

@greenpea, oh damn. I know you enjoy his visits. Pity he can't be there for your daughter just now. Good on you for getting straight into something else though. Gardening with son sounds like another healthy thing to be doing. It will feel great when it's done too.
@Shaz51, good morning (just) my sister. Hope you get a relaxing day today.
@eth, nice that you have the weekend at least. I'm also taking it easy this weekend after the dental work. I also have a big week with medical stuff coming up: two more dental appointments for difficult gum-line fillings, as well as a neurologist appointment (longer travel than usual). They are not happening until the second half of the week though. Hoping it might be possible to get out on the beach today too, though I really don't feel like it as I sit here still in my nightie and dressing gown again! My sleeps are amazingly long overnight since I changed anti-psychotic meds. Also, my psychiatrist has got me again on an anti-histamine that gets me sleepier still. Mainly though that's for a side effect I'm getting from the new anti-psychotic: very itchy rashes, especially around the back of my neck. The anti-histamine mostly holds it at bay, but if I don't take it, the itching kind of drives me mad. What mysterious medication brews we have to take!

@eth, I didn't tell you: I bought another vape machine online a few nights ago. Will be delivered sometime this week. Lemon and lime flavour again. 9mg tobacco content to start off with. The idea is to wean myself off cigarettes at that level, then gradually drop the nicotine content on the vape. Good luck to both of us with it! This time around I bought a colourful one too: metallic rainbow colours. Looking forward to getting it. How's it going with yours?

Wow @Mazarita that sounds like a really big week ahead. Glad to hear you are having some relaxing time before all that. Hope you make it to the beach today, even just to sit in the sun.
What a nuisance to be having such a side effect of your new med. It must drive you nuts when it flares up.
Sorry to hear your ex can't come today @greenpea. His visits always seem to leave you happy and supported with the kids. Sounds like his gf needs to respect the fact that even if apart, you are still the parents of a family with needs.

Re the vape @Mazarita I'm only using it a couple of times a day so far. Still on the ciggies, this period of anxiety has me really hanging for them. I was told it's not legal to put nicotine in the juices in Australia. Maybe your juice is from overseas. Mine is sweet and a bit like spicy pipe tobacco.

@eth, it may not be legal. I bought it online from New Zealand, as I did the last one (that I dropped and can't use anymore). But I think it's legal as long as it's not bought from Australia, where the nicotine juice can't be sold. Not sure really about the legality. But I think it's crazy if it's not legal - it seems like a helpful way to give up smokes.

@Mazarita I will be thinking of you with those gum line fillings ... they don't sound like fun at all!! Been out in the yard with son2 and it was nice he filled up a bag of weeds and helped with bunny litter tray. He is a star. Daughter is okish but really is not in a good way (spoke to ex about it) she really needs more time with dad than what she has been getting but I feel gf is the difficulty there.
Didn't go for a walk today because it was freezing! 2 degrees that is ridiculous where I live .... but will go tomorrow have alarm on no excuses have 3 layers of clothing on lol. I need that sweetpea hoodie I might look online for it ... am I too old to wear it?? I am turning 54 this year I think it would be great around the house but to wear it outside ..... 54 in november am I not too old to wear a sweetpea hoodie??
