Hi @Adge  and @Shaz51  hope you both are keeping well. I went for a long walk today with support worker and did some healthy cooking finishing of with gardening and a hug. Lots of naps in the afternoon . All in all a wonderful day. I hope both your days were too :). Love peaxx

I just went out & bought some ex-rental DVD's.

So I now have some movies to watch (one tonight).

I don't really watch any TV.

I can't stand those (totally unreal) Reality TV shows.

Hi @greenpea  Great to hear you had a good day. I haven't done much at all this afternoon. Trying to get energy for the next few days with setting up displays, manning a display, taking down displays, craft group, and helping with kids. The kids bit is what I am looking forward to most, both on Friday and Saturday. Always loved being with kids, and now realise that I play with them to get the play and learning from the toys etc that I missed growing up. All the kids care about is that it is fun and they enjoy someone taking time to make them feel worthwhile. I suppose I am just giving them what I need and wanted.

My ex told my 2 sons today that there coming to his wedding, my younger one said no he's not going to, then my ex said that I'm getting an invitation to, and then my anxiety hit high sky panic attack kicked in. My ex always comes over and players with son2 nearly everyday but doesn't have much to do with son3 my youngest 13yr old. I started crying as well.

I have all sorts of emotions going on, he's marrying my next door neighbor when I lived in my house years ago, then she moved away but we use to keep in contact and my ex said that apparently she has always liked him.

I would never survive going to the wedding, my ex family doesn't like me cause I left him, then my ex neighbors family will know about me, so everyone there would no who I was and would be talking about it and looking at me, cause even thinking about it now has my anxiety high, my ex and I get along better now sometimes as long as he's not here for long, but him marrying is something totally different, it'll be hard enough knowing all my kids will be there and that she wil be there step mum and she can talk easy with them, where as you's know I lack in that area.
