@Appleblossom understanding mental illness has dived down again thanks to the most recent occurance in WA. Very sad. When I heard what the young man was saying in court I was like omg .... that sounds familiar ....

Hi @PeppiPatty, thanks for liking my video art. I too love your elephant drawing. How unusual, a painting class at the pub. Cool that there are art classes wherever they are. Got a sense of what you might be like to meet when you talked about being your social self, giving positive feedback. Glad to know you have a very kind friend. Maybe makes up a bit for how Mr Grumpy is at the moment. Apple's suggestions sound good. Hope to hear about the fitness show, maybe even watch it, though I'm likely to forget when the time comes.
Hi @Appleblossom, good going with the four items you and your son got done.
I have at least two more dental appointments this week, each for more than one gumline filling again, I'm guessing. They are really understaffed and it seems the dentist I've been allocated wants to get through my work as fast as possible. He's young, very serious and seems to have a good technical basis for his dentistry, is articulate about it when he speaks to you. Hopefully these are good fillings. Then after I've finished with him, there is one more cleaning appointment, I think a polish of some kind? That won't need numbing injections this time. I just hope everything gets done well enough to keep my teeth intact for quite some time, as it's really heading towards two years since I had the last series of treatment. I've upped the dental hygiene too, am chewing sugarless gum and using mouth moisturiser to combat the dry mouth, which speeds decay.
I too night grind at times, sometimes worse than others. I think it's a side effect of one or more of the meds.
@greenpea, wow, you and Apple are caring for big boys! C is over 6ft and sometimes scares me with an excitable psychic mind. He also talks loud, lol! But he is a gentle man, can't deal with violence, and is kindness in action to me.

@Mazarita I cannot get over what a wonderful relationship you and C have, it makes me smile thinking about it :).'kindess in action to me' what a beautiful thing that is. My son has a big booming voice with no volume control lol that could be the autism though as I have to remind him to keep it down a bit if he starts swearing in public etc. No idea about that sort of thing.

@greenpea, hugs for your good feelings about us. oxox It's possible that C may be a little on the autism spectrum, maybe even me. We are both solo travellers in a way, though have been sharing space and friendship especially for a long time, and a shared computer nerdiness, lol.
There have been bad times, especially when I was dark and maybe a bit psychotic with my rapid cycling moods (sometimes many swings in one day, or all night swings back and forth, moods switching suddenly and so consuming). That was before I started anti-psychotic medication. I have not been easy to live with for almost all of the men in my life. These days I am pretty easy to live with, I think.
Swearing in public, not easy to be with. It's good that he is lovable in other ways and he is lucky that you love him so much.

I was in bed at this time last night, @Appleblossom. Wonder how long before the meds make me more sleepy than I am now. How's the time been since last you posted here? I had a nice visit to my friend this afternoon, got home just in time for Star Trek, SBS news for a while (usually don't watch news on TV), and later Big Bang Theory. I'm glad to be able to watch TV more than before. My concentration has got a bit better for it, and it helps me relax more.

@MazaritaIts a good sign if concentration is better.
I went to a gospel workshop. It was good. Came home, son was playing piano, which was nice, as he had been asleep when I went out at 6 ish. Now Cat is next to me and I am in my sitting room and son has wondered up to the other end of house and is playing that piano. The really good thing is that he has made the transition without bad vibes which used to be a problem. He is playing Beethoven's Pathetique. Its not too loud when he is on the other side of the kitchen.

Good to hear there is more respect for your space going on, @Appleblossom. Lovely that you both create music around the home, glad too that it's at reasonable levels for you now. Lucky you with a cat next to you.
I have ABC jazz radio on low, C is in bed now. Enjoying a little computer time before going to bed myself.
