Many or most of us have arrived here at a very low point in life @show_me_gray .... and been scooped up with care and concern by others here. There is an understanding of the struggles, issues and pain involved that comes through walking one of the many mi paths, whether as a lived experience person or as a carer, and yes, it is all very sobering .... but within the darkness there is also light, within the pain there can be moments of joy, and there is empathy ..... the feeling that you’re not in it all on you’re own.

Hey @MDT, we have the movie 'Alice Through the Looking Glass' on TV. I've been alternating being here at the desktop with moving over to my armchair and catching snatches of it. Really good movie, seen it before.
Sometimes I have watched Tour de France, one year (with Lance Armstrong!) heaps. I just see bits and pieces of it now. These days I hardly watch whole shows on TV for some reason.
I started making a video this afternoon and have been playing around with that tonight.
Felt much better this evening than I have for a few hard days.
