I'm getting out for a walk with bro if the rain holds off.
Sending everyone good wishes for today.

@Mazarita I was seeing a physchologist but it got too much at the time and haven’t been back since. But more has happened since then so may be a good idea. Hope you end up having a good day

@Former-Member, sounds good that you might take some steps to see a psychologist again. You also mentioned earlier the possibility of medication, which I guess you might talk to your GP about, if that's an option you would like to explore. Both could be very helpful. Wishing you the best with your next steps in easing your troubles. ox

Good morning, @CheerBear. Another early morning greeting for you. I notice you haven't been posting for a few days and have a feeling you might be going through some rough waters at the moment. Sending lots of these to you...

Good morning, @eth, @Exoplanet, @outlander, @greenpea, @Faith-and-Hope, everyone. A good night's sleep here, with a number of wake breaks, but only for short times before returning to sleep again. Yesterday was the first day I have stayed awake all day in recent months. I managed to keep conscious from 8.30am to 9pm. Things seem to be getting better day by day.
Hope the day starts okay and only gets better for everyone today.

Hi @Mazarita Congratulations! It's great to hear you're pleased about yesterday staying out of bed. I have a relatively big day today with psychologist late morning then grocery shopping with support worker this afternoon.
Yesterday my bro sat down with me and helped me get clear about what's been making me so anxious about how the support arrangements are being made, what I need and what the obstacles are. Tomorrow morning I've arranged to see the coordinator of supports with bro and talk about it with her. Bit nervous about that but she reassured me that it's ok when I rang her to arrange it yesterday.
Hope today is another good one for you. Any plans?

@eth, great to hear that bro has helped you clarify the anxieties, needs and obstacles relating to the support worker arrangements. It does seem as though your anxiety about the ndis has been ongoing, even after being granted your package. Understandable that you would be frustrated with the continuing wait. But anything that might help ease the anxiety seems worthwhile. I hope the meeting with the co-ordinator of supports is helpful.
Good to hear too that you have your first support worker coming today after some time, and that you will be able to organise your own groceries this week with her support. Also hope the psychologist session is fruitful.
I am thinking of going to art group today, though I'm not yet sure I'll make it, due to rain and other factors. However, this afternoon my friend will be picking me up to go back to her place for a visit.
