Lol @Mazarita sleep is good for sure but maybe something to do to keep your nind occupied for a while. Do you like colouring in or maybe some puzzles?

The only thing keeping me awake and engaged in the world at the moment, @outlander, is visiting my friend every couple of days, and enjoying C's company. When I'm on my own, I just want to sleep. I'm having trouble concentrate, not enough energy, though I am still here in between sleeps on the forum. I play a solitaire game or two on my tablet every couple of days. Colouring in is good in art group but I find I don't do it at home as there's no table and too electronic equipment taking up all the flat spaces. Lol, it sounds like a litany of excuses. I have temporarily lost my mojo.

Thats ok @Mazarita its whatever works best for you. I get the lacking energy and motivation too. I dont have many flat surfaces either so brought a little portable lap table for my computer and colouring if i choose to do that.

Im going to have to head off too though. Starting to get a little sleepy. Might be back later though with my sleeping patterns latley! Thank you for the chat, understanding and keeping me company.

Just as well I got up when I did.  Sil has a guy here measuring for fly screens in the houses and my cabin.  Just got my teeth in and my bed made before they knocked on my door! Luckily I was dressed already - slept in my clothes again - hope it wasn't too obvious.

Hoping today is going gently for all.  I'll be around for a while if anyone wants to chat.

thinking of you @greenpea...no cows near our fenceline yet...did try to take photograph of calves on way back from pool..when I pulled over to grass verge they ran off to mummies....

@eth made me smile thinking of you managing to put your teeth in....not needing to dress as already dressed...love it...I bought a few sets of casual pyjama type wear which these days passes as comfy home clothes before I had operation....so after shower from pool ..I am in them ready for bed...

I still have my own teeth but do need to brush them before someone comes early in the morning....

I do feel for you...one thing happens and starts to mend then something else takes over....my  sister is like that with physical issues....if you do like the gp...tell yourself that you can ring and make an appointment this morning..write down what you want to say to him or her.... just hand over the sheet...write on  the top...I have anxiety issues sometimes...as hard as it is...if medical issues are not treated quickly enough they can become another issue...

you are so young and have your whole life ahead of you...It is hard ...pushing ourselves past the first obstacle can give us the strength and courage to take the next steps...you can think of you road trip as a reward for later...xx

hoping that you all are finding calm....some days I think to myself ...if I can have calm and remember to breathe not hold onto my breath...I have achieved much...

thank you @Sophia1 i dont feel young though, quite the opposite. its not so much sharing the mh stuff i dont think but i dont really know whats stopping me either. todays really not been a good day though, the built up stuff is over flowing everywhere and making things very messy. lots of SI so its probably not helping me think well today.

oh yes i am yet to go on my road trip. ill need to save abit more i think before i can go but im sure itll be worth it. will plan some stops along the way, there are some nice gardens and views around here some of which i care share with you guys
