Good afternoon @Mazarita @greenpea @outlander @Sophia1 @Shaz51 @CheerBear and anyone else passing here today.
Thanks for the welcome back. I've been a week with my sister, 4 days with my old neighbours up north and 5 days with my close friend including a trip to the hot springs overnight and a weekend camping at an Aboriginal community festival of sport, culture and music. A real holiday!
Hope today is going well so far for you all.

I had so many notifications that likes are all I could deal with for now @greenpea Yesterday was really hard - DBT was triggering, pdoc appointment we discussed some things I wasn't prepared for and physio was mainly getting a plan organised in the intial appointment to move forward with. It is going to take some time to strengthen my back and to be able to deal better with the pain. Not doing so well today - still feeling overwhelmed, very sore and completely exhausted from yesterday.
How is my little pea doing?

You are dealing with so much 😞 @Zoe7. I wish I could take some of your pain away for you Zoe7 😞 xxxxoooo. I have had a good day went for a walk said good morning to some people some smiled and said hello others did not but that is okay they dont need to. The weather is so beautiful here glorious. Will try and do an early morning walk tomorrow if I can either stay up all night or get up super early (it is just so cold lol) will have to go to bed in my walking clothes!

It definitely is baby steps here @greenpea - it really does feel like one thing after another - but I can see very small glimmers of light occasionally - it is just that at other times life also seems to be shrouded in darkness. Trying so hard to keep hold of those glimmers of light but some days it is not easy.
I love the idea of sleeping in your walking clothes - so much easier to get up and just go lol
