Made it to Sydney after my 4am start to the day.  Been admitted to hospital this afternoon in readiness for tomorrows big  surgery.  Thanks for your well wishes.

Hi @Eve7 It was good having you travelling with me. I reached the train station at 5.30am and looked for you. Then realised we are in daylight saving,  so you are an hour behind us here in NSW.  😄  Then of course I had very lumited internet or mobile coverage. Not to worry.  I'm here now,  at the hospital,  and all checked in. 

Just confirming I will not have access to mobile while in ICU so may not get a chance to post again until late Wednesday or  Thursday.
