Re: Battles

@Jynx well I'm glad you were ok. It's great to be able to look back and laugh at one's own clumsiness 😂.

I miss rollerblading, I used to be outside every day doing it. My coordination is ok I'm just accident prone 😂

Re: Battles

@Dreamy I think it's my only choice really! I have been looking into/realising just how much I fit into the criteria for dyspraxia. It's another developmental disorder that is frequently comorbid with ADHD/ASD and other learning disabilities - it is a disorder of 'motor planning' a.k.a. my brain struggles to tell my muscles what to do sometimes, resulting in many looney tunes moments!!

So like... I can be miserable and self-pitying about it, or I can laugh about it!! Well... maybe a little self-pity from time to time lol but I am only human!!

Re: Battles

@Jynx ahhh yes, well that would make sense. Hey all these extra things make you more and more unique and that just makes you extra special. It means there's more to love ❤️

Nothing wrong with a little bit of self pity, hell I'm great at it 😂. But it's better to laugh about things than it is to cry unless it's crying from laughing too much 😊

Re: Battles

@Jynx i managed a tiny bit of self care. I didn't have the energy to have a shower today but my hair really needed to be washed so I stuck my head over the bath tub and washed my hair. That's as good as it gets today, my little win for the day.

Re: Battles

@Dreamy you always know just what to say 🥰 Feeling very seen!

Ahaha my friends and I refer to that as 'the opposite of a problem'... Cos like.... the ouch, it is a problem, but if laughter is the cause then I am not so mad about it!

Re: Battles

You call it 'extra quirkiness' @Dreamy (which, very yes, it absolutely is!), I call it 'compassionate kindheartedness'!! 😋 You're chock full of it!
