I have just had a nasty break up with my partner of 11 years. I am hurting so much but it is also playing havoc on my bipolar. Can anyone help me not hurt so much

Hi Jlb,
Thank you for sharing your experience. That sounds really difficult, breakups are really hard. I'm sorry you're having such a rough time. It takes strength to reach out like you have.
I can't say that I can make it hurt less but I can say that I understand how difficult they can be and how they can interact with our mental health.
Have you been able to talk to anyone about how the breakup is impacting your mental health? And what's been helping get through it so far?
Aegis

I'm going through the same thing, some days are okay and others not ao good. I want to be alone to heal.
It will pass
