That is a huge relief. I hear there is still a long road to recovery, and that anxiety is still hanging around. This is completely understandable and definitely something to speak to you counsellor about.

 

At the same time, remember that children are very resilient beings. They seem to bounce back from a lot of things. 

 

Treasure each day. Write down all these things you are grateful for and this may help you rest better at night.
